Nutqi — User Guide

Guide skeleton, organized per persona. This is the English edition; the Arabic edition mirrors it, and the product itself ships both locales (ar / en).

Getting started (all users)#

  1. Create an account — on the Create account screen pick your account type: Personal (I am the patient) · Guardian (guardian of a child) · Doctor or specialist · Center. Fill name, email, phone, password, gender, birth date — or continue with Google.
  2. Verify — confirm email + phone, enter the 4-digit OTP (resend available after the 60s countdown).
  3. Log in — email + password (remember-me optional). Forgot password → verify → OTP → set a new password.
  4. Language — the app is bilingual. Switch Arabic/English from Settings, or from the switcher in the header on the sign-in and sign-up screens. Arabic renders right-to-left, and the whole layout mirrors with it — menus, tables and icons move to the other side, so neither language feels like a translation of the other.
  5. Appearance — the app ships a light and a dark theme. Light is what you get the first time, whatever your device is set to; switching is always your choice, from the sun/moon button in the header or the Appearance card in Settings. The choice is remembered on that device only, so signing in elsewhere starts light again.

For guardians & patients#

  • Complete the child's file first. The welcome dialog takes you to Profile → Child info: personal info (names in Arabic and English, national ID, birth date, gender, photo), an optional diagnosis questionnaire (3 short pages about speech history and motor development), and documents & videos — upload medical papers and a short video of your child speaking so the specialist can pre-assess.
  • Find a specialist and open their profile: overview stats, qualifications (the Specialist data tab), clinics with maps and hours (Clinics), live schedule with prices (Booking schedule), their programs, and family reviews.
  • Book — press Book a slot / Book a visit: choose the clinic (or online), the date, and an available half-hour slot, then confirm. Track it in Bookings; statuses: Pending (submitted) → Waiting (confirmed, waiting) → Done / Postponed. Export your list as Excel or PDF.
  • Answer therapy plans — after sessions the specialist sends plans and assessments to Programs & Assessments. Cards marked Not answered need answers; open one and fill the questionnaire (choices, ratings, tables, files…) — required items are marked Required. Answered plans stay readable under Answered plans.
  • Review the specialist (stars + text), overall or per session.
  • Payments — the Payments screen lists what you paid per booking (see docs decisions: this screen is added by us; the design shipped it empty).
  • Settings — change password; manage languages; pick the app language and the light/dark appearance; enable notifications via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram (each channel needs a one-time verification).

For specialists#

  • Activate your account. After sign-up your dashboard shows an activation meter. Complete: personal info, work info (title, center, specialty + sub-specialties, skills, booking price), degrees & trainings with certificate files, and official documents. Watch the 2-minute activation video; FAQs and support (phone / chat) are on the same page. Statistics stay Pending until approval.
  • Open your calendar — Work hours: set working hours, extra days, and rest days.
  • Booking settings — toggle Available for work and choose what you accept: offline, online, consultation. Manage a blocklist for abusive accounts.
  • Handle bookings — Bookings shows every request with patient, session type (speech therapy, skills development, visual communication), duration and price.
  • Work with patients — each patient profile: overview, sessions (add appointment, progress % per session, progress evaluations), therapy plans, important percentages (per-plan and daily before/after), and plan evaluations.
  • Build plans — the program builder: compose questions (short/long text, choices, stars, likert, matrix, date, file), edit them, send to the guardian, and read results when answered.
  • Special cases — private patients you add manually: create the file (case reason), attach before/after media, run sessions, notes, plans 1–4, and progress evaluations.
  • Earnings — Payments: wallet totals (current / withdrawn) and the transaction log.
  • Reviews — read general and per-session reviews; reply or like.
  • Jobs — the Jobs screen lists centers' offers you applied to with status Accepted / Pending / Rejected.

For centers#

  • Owner & manager — full operations: center stats; patient files, bookings and plan results; staff management with HR (clock-in/out records, absences, permissions, overtime hours, extra days, rest days, penalties with salary deductions, staff monitoring); approval inbox (Requests → Approve / Decline); schedules; the plans engine; center settings; and hiring — publish a job (Post a job opening) with title, department, salary, branch, description, requirements, tasks and benefits, or save it as a draft, then accept/reject applicants.
  • Secretary — front desk: stats, patient files and bookings, the schedule board, own attendance, and settings.
  • Center specialist — everything a specialist has (patients, plans, sessions, evaluations) plus employee self-service: clock in/out, request permissions/leave, see overtime, absences and penalties.

Notifications#

Choose channels in Settings: email, WhatsApp, Telegram (verify once per channel). You'll be notified about booking status changes, new plans to answer, plan results, job application updates, and HR approvals.
